Gladness’s entrepreneurial journey spans more than two decades and has evolved into a growing ecosystem of businesses, programmes, events and social-impact initiatives.

She is the founder and creator behind brands including Gladness Inspires, I Am Womanpreneur, Queen Unleashed, Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC, and Amore Landmark, alongside her international work through IGOFC, the International Global Female Conference. Together, these ventures span entrepreneurship, coaching and training, women’s empowerment, community development, international events, speaking, personal development and legacy building.

At the centre of this work is the Gladness Empire Framework: PURPOSE → IDENTITY → INFLUENCE → ENTERPRISE → LEGACY. It is both the philosophy behind Gladness’s own journey and the framework through which she helps others recognise what they carry and build something meaningful from it.

Alongside her commercial work, social impact remains central to Gladness’s journey. Through Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC, founded in 2021, Gladness and her team deliver programmes and initiatives supporting women and communities through personal development, entrepreneurship, employability, wellbeing and empowerment. Originally established in England, the organisation has since expanded its work into Scotland, continuing Gladness’s vision of combining enterprise with meaningful community impact.

Recognition

Gladness’s work has received recognition across entrepreneurship and community impact, including being named Runner-up for the Community Award at the HSBC UK & FSB Small Business Growth Awards – South East, and a Finalist in the Female Business Awards for Services to Local Communities.

Her international journey also includes becoming the first Miss Tanzania UK in 2007, forming part of a longstanding connection with Tanzania and the UK–Tanzania diaspora. Today, her work continues to connect entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, community impact and international collaboration.
